1- Are you a charitable organization or a commercial company?

We are a commercial company that provides an integrated solution that combines ease and reliability, and we are not a charity or non-profit organization.

2- Are you a formally registered company?

Yes, we are definitely a 100% official Saudi company authorized and approved by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the unified national number: 7037054314, and our online store is registered, documented and approved with the Saudi Business Center with certificate number: 0000131027.

3- How are orders delivered?

Orders are delivered according to the mechanism specified by the customer, through one of the following two options:

• The customer can receive the order by having it delivered directly to the address he specifies when ordering in the countries we have available.
• The customer can authorize Adha Al Oula Trading Company to deliver the order according to the mechanism he specifies, and we commit to providing the customer with a final report documented with videos and pictures and with the name specified by the customer.

4- How long is the time period from the date of the request until I receive the final report (documentation)?

The implementation period is a maximum of 3-9 working days.

5- How and where do I receive the final report (documentation)?

The final report will be sent to you immediately after we finish the documentation. Please note that the final report will be sent to you on the WhatsApp number through which the request was made, in a complete PDF file.

6- Can I write more than one name on the request?

Yes, you can write more than one name to appear in the final report, but it is best not to exceed 4 names.

7- Can the order be returned or exchanged?

Yes, according to the return and exchange policy explained on the dedicated page in our online store.
