1- You can get a refund after completing the purchase and paying the value in the event that the refund request is within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time of payment. The refund request should be made via WhatsApp for our valued customer service on the number: +966537790877 , noting that the amount will be refunded to you by returning it to the account from which the purchase was made through our store within a maximum period of 5 working days.
2- The printed name cannot be modified after payment and completion of the purchase process.
3- The selected country cannot be changed after payment and completion of the purchase process.
4- Supply, distribution and delivery are outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
