1- Are you a charity or a commercial company?

We are a commercial company providing a comprehensive solution that combines ease, reliability, and a spirit of organized giving. We are not a charitable or non-profit organization.


2- Are you an officially registered company?

Yes, of course, we are a 100% official Saudi company, authorized and certified by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the unified national number: 7037054314, and our online store is registered, documented, and certified by the Saudi Business Center with certificate number: 0000131027.


3- How are orders delivered?

Orders will be delivered according to the mechanism specified by the customer, through one of the following two options:

  • The customer can receive the order by having it delivered directly to the address he specifies when ordering in the countries available to us.
  • The customer can delegate the First Adhaya Trading Company to deliver and distribute the order according to the mechanism he specifies, and we are committed to providing the customer with a final report documented with videos and photos and with the name he specifies.


4- How long does it take from the date of the request until I receive the final report (documentation)?

The implementation period is from 3 to 9 days maximum, God willing.


5- How and where do I receive the final report (documentation)?

You will receive the final report immediately after we complete distribution and documentation. Please note that the final report will be sent to the WhatsApp number you requested, in a complete PDF file.


6-Can I write more than one name on the application?

Yes, you can write more than one name to appear in the final report, but it is best not to exceed 4 names.


7- Can the order be returned or exchanged?

Yes, according to the return and exchange policy explained on the dedicated page in our online store.
